I think this idea would deviate from the basic idea of this framework. Smallcaps (ᴛʜɪꜱ ɪꜱ ᴀ ᴛᴇꜱᴛ ᴛᴇxᴛ.) are one of many Unicode text conversions. There are dedicated web tools with their own text conversions - often without an API.
