Prevent creation of 64bit prefix and downloading 64bit wine on 32bit system

This could be done using the ArchitectureFetcher.

@madoar @qparis general question: do we want to officially support 32bit only systems? Pretty much all OSs are rather dropping 32bit support now.

My main issue that I simply don't know how many users actually use such systems. If there are not many I have no issues dropping support for 32bit only systems.

No but I know of 32bit only hardware

Doesn't such hardware force you to only use 32bit libs?
