[SetupWizard] Create a step "Installation finished"

This step would tell the user that the app was successfully installed and propose the user to run the program.

Corner case to deal with: multi-shortcuts app

How should this be implemented? We probably don't want to call it manually.

As an alternative we could switch the user to the "Library" tab and somehow mark the newly added shortcut.

Note: this doesn't work for the CLI tool
