[Feature Request] Add automatically tag/label for prouducts where discount (product/cart) is active

Add automatically tag/label for products where discount (product/cart) is active.

For now, two similar parameters exist:

• Display New Icon (based on days)
• Display Hot icon (based on sales)

These can be extended through parameter Display Discount/Sale icon (based on product or cart discount)
