[Feature Request] Show list of already added specification parameters in Product Edit view

Show list of already added specifications parameters in Product Edit view.

Example:

If specification parameter "Abc" will be added into Specifications, into "Def" Group in Product A, display a button in Product B which will include already added parameters (in this case already added in Product A or any previous product)
