Fix AI's MCV deploy issue for other locomotors
Attempt to fix #621
Override AI's MCV's hunt mission by queueing a guard mission MCV with chrono, hover or jumpjet locomotor should be able to deploy itself at the beginning of a skirmish game

What was the mission state of your hovering mcv? Hunt or Unload?
