select.shp shouldn't be the default of Select Box

Description

I just started testing this feature, but it seems select.shp file that is in the Red Alert 2 mixes should not be used as a default for Select Box, because it seems to be saved in Compression 1 Type, which causes glitches like the shapes never being fully cleared off the voxel plane.

After re-saving this same file in Compression 3 the visual issue was gone.
