FLH firing position doesn't follow IsTilter=no This is specially a issue with shp vehicles over ramps. Another incomplete mechanic that WW forgot to do

In the image, the first tank (left) is on a flat tile / second tank (right) is on a ramp. it's working as a voxel.

follow the "IsTilter=no" condition
