Polyfill touch properties .pressure and .size

Most phones also generate pressure and size information with their MotionEvents.

Although those were removed in latest W3C Spec, they seem to persist on in Gecko (not our concern), but also in the Default Webkit implementation there is still ẁebkitForce for pressure).

Information for size seems deprecated so far - or is it used / implemented anywhere?
