I tried to reproduce this but can't. Are you on Windows? Can you simplify the steps to reproduce it? I tried your steps with 5 repositories in the Collaboration Workspace.

Tried on Linux Mint (Ubuntu based). I'm selecting alternately between Collaboration Workspace and Branches View, back and forth. And all seems OK. I must be missing something here?

OK, the problem arises when opening and closing the Branches View from the toolbar. When opening the Branches View from the toolbar it is activated with the focus, and so...

The same is true for opening and closing the History View from the toolbar. Also will be fixed in the next version.

I can certainly upgrade to JGit 4.9. Haven't looked to closely at what else would need to be done. @barsema can you test if I create a build?

Do you have to change a setting in the git config file for the model repo?

I need to simulate the situation so I can debug and trace what's going on. Can someone tell me how to do this?

When using GitBlit I set my global .gitconfig file with this entry: [http] sslVerify = false Is this relevant?

No, in my global .gitconfig file (In User/Home). I remember I had to set this for GitBlit to work but I can't remember why.
