SQL Dev extension: source text appears as null on the "Used By" tab

Actual:

Expected:

Cause: wrong filter applied to dba_source / all_source

The "Text" column is supposed to show the source text in referencing code units, not that from the subject of the editor. Hence dba_source / all_source must be joined without further filtering.
