Autofill dialog shows up, but nothing more

I needed to do a factory reset to my xiaomi redmi note 5, Android 9, FF 114.2.0. Autofill not working anymore. Autofill dialog shows up, but nothing happens when tapping "Mit Keepass2Android ausfüllen". No unlock coming up, no items offered.

When keepass is loaded it offers the first corresponding entry and fills in, when tapping, but nothing when tapping other items.

All configurations as needed.

Would be great, if somebody could help.
