Not working in chrome on Android 9

I'm not getting the autofill option in chrome, but I do get it in some apps. OnePlus 6 with oxygen os 9.0.2

The same on OnePlus 6 with Oxygen 9.0.3.

The same in XZP in 47.2.A.8.24, with chrome 72.0.3626.121, and it can't be either autofill in the blank or share URL with KP2A, only to switch keyboard.
