[Feature] Customization of keyboard

Hi, I really appreciate all the work you have done, I use the app on a daily basis! One thing that would further improve the app would be more customization options for the keyboard layout. There are two things I have in mind especially:

  1. With the rise of large-screen phones, an option to enabling a number-row on top of the keyboard screenshot_20190103-092142_firefox

  2. When switching to the number-view, an option to change the layout to one of a numpad screenshot_20190103-092156_firefox
