Add support for syncing via Keybase

It would be great to support syncing via Keybase https://keybase.io/ , a cross platform solution that makes encrypted file sharing, chat, and collaboration possible.

While this would be nice, the official app doesn't even have file support enabled yet. Might be a touch premature.

Android keybase app finally has support for KBFS but I'm not sure how (or if possible yet) access files outside the app.

Hey it looks like there is definitely some movement on the keybase.io file storage. Check out the docs here. https://keybase.io/docs/kbfs

Not sure how well it would work or if it would work with KeePass trying to write to it though. For read only access, could even use the public file system at https://keybase.pub/username

I know this is a little old but just wanted to chime in with a please add. While the fate of keybase is unknown, I continue to use KBFS instead of exporting the database to something like onedrive, dropbox or google to avoid data breach attack surface. It's not too bad using keybase's app to just download the file, but it would be nice to have it synced easily automatically when you make changes from your phone or when a change is made elsewhere having the app automatically pull the new db file everytime you open the app.
