[BUG] SSID can't be determined for background sync

Describe the bug you encountered:

Pre-conditions

• Device: Fairphone 5
• Device is connected to a WiFi
• Wi-Fi-SSID is not hidden
• App permission "Location" is allowed

Steps to reproduce

1. Tap on "Settings"
2. Tap on "App"
3. Select "File handling"
4. Check "Background synchronization in Wi-Fi"
5. Tap on Background synchronization based on Wi-Fi-SSID
6. Select "ADD CURRENT SSID"

Actual result: An entry "" is shown.

Describe what you expected to happen:

An entry with the SSID of the network you are currently connected to is displayed.

hmm, this shouldn't happen. Does your SSID contain any special characters or so? Can you maybe try in some other Wifi just for testing? For me, this seems to work just fine.
