[FEAT] Hide Empty Groups

When I open the .kbdx file I find that there are six folders labelled "Group - 0 entries". These are created because in the original database I use empty groups as spacers. Basically I create an empty group with just an icon.

Is it possible to have an option to hide empty groups in Keepass2Android.
