Support for urlformat otpauth on Android

Describe the bug you encountered:

I point the phone/camera at an TOTP registration QR code. I get the option of opening that URL in Microsoft, Samsung, Google, password managers, but not Keepass.

I guess this means when installed it failed to register as a respondant to that sort of url. Is it supposed to or is that an omission?

urlformat (e.g. the one here on GitHub 2FA) is:

otpauth://totp/GitHub:<userid>?secret=16CHARACTERSLONG&issuer=GitHub

Once entered manually by scanning outside of an app, then copy-paste, it works perfectly. Would be really nice if it just popped open though.

Describe what you expected to happen:

Keepass Just pops open as the 'preferred' app to repond to a totp URL
