The whole message I receive when I log in is: "The file signature is invalid. Either the ...."
Can't open my database after installed this new app, after a crash of the previous app.
The database is on an usb memory. Cannot open a backup either, located on my laptop.

Same here, the file can be opened on Keepass for Windows, and used to work in Keepass2android. I now have version 1.10-pre, but am not sure in which version it did work.
Additional problem is that the error message is truncated: "The file signature is invalid. Either the file isn't..."
My database is on a usb.If I choose to change database, the only options are "open file" and "create new database". Can't see anything about a local backup.The backups (copies)? I have, are on a usb-drive connected to my laptop.I get the same error from all, when I try to open them, from my mobil connected to the laptop.
