[FEAT] Different App Colors when Display is Not Protected

I recently noticed that my KeePass2Android display was NOT in protected mode. I have no idea how long it had been that way. 😳

Settings > App > Display > Protect Database Display

I most likely turned it off in order to grab a screenshot for a previous issue and forgot to turn it back on.

It would be helpful if the app display changed in some way, to indicate that the display is not being protected.

My thought was a color other than green, for the top title bar. (yellow? orange? red?) The title bar is consistently visible when the app is running, so it seemed like a good candidate.
