I just looked at the service but unfortunately they don't seem to provide an API or anything which might be used for accessing the data. Maybe you can contact them...
what exactly are you doing? I guess you are talking about settings - database. And then: export database or export keyfile from internal folder? Can you provide a screencast?

I don't think the biometry issue is related to the issue that you are not able to open the database. Are you using a keyfile?
I'm not sure if I understand what exactly is happening. Are you saying that you have a database (.kdbx file) which has attachments in it, and if you open this...
i.e. my first assumption? How do you see that they are empty?
can you create and share a sample database (with "random" content in it) which has the same behavior?
