Direct database access

We need to provide a tool that gives quick and easy database access for the user - we should pick an open source package for this, such as Adminer or phpmyadmin.

The user should be required to be authenticated in order to access the interface - and it should fit seamlessly into the low-code admin under a new menu item - database.
