There has been some interest in a Firefox version of this extension. Worth investigating.

Just an update - I started playing around with this today. It seems that cross browser support should be relatively painless, however the "build process" for firefox is very different. I just need a few more hours to work out the differences, but I suspect that the extension will be fully compatible once running

The extension is still around and working, but I do not have much (if any) time to support it. So unless a PR is provided to make it work on FF, I dont think it will be done soon.
