Header bar doesn't return to the initial layout after returning to the Welcome Screen

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Spice-Up
• Open any presentation
• Return to the Welcome Screen

The headerbar stays in the "editing" state.

Hmmm well i went to having all items set to insensitive instead of hiding htem when you went back, but if you want to make it so it returns to the initial state that would be awesome :)
