Build improvement and update french translation

I made some change to allow users to install Notes-up in a custom prefix without losing translations (currently, translations were only found in /usr/share/locale directory).

Also, I think it's not absolutely necessary to use an app id as the app name, so I created an app id separately in the build system.

Finally, I updated french translations.
