Allow remote note browsing though a simple HTTP server

Expected Behavior

A one click action in the menu where you can open and host a local http server for you to be able to share your notes.

Options could include sharing only the currently opened note in the / of the site, or allowing full notebook traversal using sections and files as part of the path

Everything is rendered and even stored as HTML in the cache anyways, so I can just serve that instead.

Context

I now have a Cookbook notebook, and want to be able to open my cooking recipes from my phone in the kitchen.
