Move notes around

Dragging and dropping notes (or right click to move functionality) from one section or subsection to another is absent. Should be a useful enhancement.

Added a way to move notes around in version 2.0.0, but still need to do Drag and Drop

@Philip-Scott A great tool tbh. This is probably the most redundant feature request. Moving notes from one book to another is working great.

Will you work on adding arrange option to the notes tab like sorting via name/created/updated within a book?
