How can i show the value line outside of each slice?

How can i draw the line on the basis of each slice using piechart as this man did in this issue: https://github.com/PhilJay/MPAndroidChart/issues/3897

As we can see in his screen shot, I just want this result. Thanks please help me out ASAP
