chart.setNoDataText is not working !

the chart setNoDataText is not working in my project，and I have tried so many ways I can found as follows.

• I can't find a tag cloud on this project like AnyChart as below picutres,Woud it be possible add into the future feature ? I try to use piechart,the view is not very well on mobile.
