Looks like homing got applied to an entity which it shouldn't get applied on, I'll investigate a failsafe.

Unfortunately RTD clearly hasn't been designed to treat spectators as dead players. Not sure if anything changed in the recent updates to cause this. Related to #122, keeping this open...
