Homing Arrows Can Crash Server

Bug description

Homing projectiles on compound bow arrows can crash the server. The crash report can be seen here. This appears to happen when striking multiple targets with projectile penetration. sm_rtd2_version is 2.5.5.

Easily can be replicated if using homing arrows on giant robots in mvm.

For now just disable it on sniper.
