Deleting a file makes editor unusable

Description

After deleting a file/folder you cannot type in the editor anymore.

this is an issue that happening me too. Temporally fix:

  1. press Alt + Tab to switch another window and return back.
  2. you are able to type again ;-)

Yet I cannot reproduce this.

Yet, I can't reproduce this error, but I guess it is because the dialog opens with the browser's confirm() function. Maybe a solution is using a custom confirm dialog, or sending a focus event to the window after the browser's confirm() function.
