Support for images in dropdown cells

Not sure what you'll think of this because it's a breaking change. But, I needed to show images in the dropdown cells in my app, so this is what I did. Thanks for a great library, btw!

@adamhartford this is a good PR and I like the idea of showing images in dropdown cells. But I'm thinking about making this generic, meaning that users can custom dropdown cells on their own by extending BTCell (UITableViewCell) or something. And BTItem is a good example for this idea. How do you think?
