Filter Out "Installed Games" from "Server games"
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When downloading games from your server its a bit annoying to see two copies of the games you have already installed.
Describe the solution you'd like A toggle-able filter that is enabled by default that will filter out installed games from your server games.
Describe alternatives you've considered as an alternative, perhaps a setting persistent toggle? sorry haven't thought about an alternative.

The easiest way to do this would be to hide the game cards in the client, as the server doesn't know what games you have installed. We didn't implement this because we haven't had an update mechanism in place, so users couldn't update their games. However, that has now changed via #493, so we could implement this in my opinion.
