Implement a Server Dashboard in the Admin View

Now that we have refactored the health API quite a bit we could build a dashboard tab in the Admin Panel that displays:

  • [x] Server Version
    • [x] "Update your Server" Notification
  • [ ] Server Uptime
  • [ ] Server Health
    • [ ] Server Health Protocol

later on we could look into adding this here aswell.
