Re-Download Button in Downloads

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current implementation of downloads has a progress bar next to the download icon, which disappears when commpleted. I realize there is a "Status: Downloaded" line above it, but this leaves a bit of a gap that could be filled with some information.

Describe the solution you'd like Even just putting "[total downloaded] downloaded" would work here.

We will implement a "Re-Download" button there that shows after download, similar to re-extract

The Re-Download button, funnily actually already exists, but only in of "Retry Canceled Download". If we would just reuse that one this ticket would be resolved.
