Option to start minimized only when auto starting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I start the app from a shortcut, I typically want to interact with it immediately. If I start the app on boot, I likely do not want to interact with it immediately. Currently it is not possible to achieve both of those situations simultaneously.

Describe the solution you'd like Currently we have the choices for "App autostart" and "Start app in background." However, the above would be possible if "App autostart" had a sub option of "autostart minimized."

This would be easily achieveable with a "-minimized" or "-background" flag which is utilized during autostart.
