software does not start

Downloaded and launched the latest exe (in admin mode as requested by the prompt) but the software does not seem to start (it is also not present in the process task list) same error as https://www.higithub.com/Phaiax/issue/Key-n-Stroke/59 0.3.1 start

Possibly fixed by #65. But that is not included in any release yet.
