Your browser has built in DNS? I use dnscrypt which can auto update the blacklist through a script. Please don't put ANY dns in the browser. Even DOH is meh...
When I look in policies for v99 I see: "ChromeAppsEnabled" "AllowedDomainsForApps" (and limit it to fake.com or something) I too want this gone but policies not working on arch right...

google sucks, is why. but on windows firefox accelerates video very well and that can fully turn off cache besides ram.
Why disable memory cache unless you're really short on ram. I love ram cache as the browser clears everything as soon as you kill it. Did not know about v8...

As long as it doesn't pull in a geoclue dependency or something. I generally remove geoIP packages from my os as there is very little control over them.
