Feature request: colrepx and rowrepx

The result of rowspanx and colspanx is making a single tall or wide cell. I'd like to have counterparts colrepx and rowrepx that repeat the content of a cell.

This is inspired by a document where I have a column of max scores, that are (almost) all the same number.
