Erasing Program Positions
Hi I managed to install your original frequency response analizer (no curser version) to program position 4. Really excellent!. I did have fun with the virtual bootloader disk not playing nicely but it eventually worked. Now I would like to try DSO Pawn (PAWN001B.HEX) but cannot get the Hex file to copy using the same bootloader method. I just end upPAWN001B.ERR file. Do you have to erase or clear the program position of existing installations first? If so, how is this achieved. I cannot find any guides that cover re-installation or clearing a position. I named the installed frequency response analizer hex "001.HEX" as it appeared in my browser as a text file. Could this have a bearing on this issue?
kind regards
Nah, no need to erase.
The DSO Quad bootloader is quite buggy, you may need to try several USB cables or computers to make it work.
Thank you for replying. Managed to get PAWN_011.HEX to install and have a few apps running now.
Again thank you for the help.
All the best
Andy
