Hey, @PeterTh it would be awesome to update binary release. There is fixed texture loading stuttering on latest merges, but last binary version does not includes it.

@PeterTh Are you planning to release new version of DSFix in near future? If not then I'd like to ask for your permission to distribute updated dinput8.dll as some kind of patch to existing installations.

With working save backup system and texture prefetch it sure has to be tasty update

@SalamatiQus sounds like @PeterTh not paying attention to this project anymore. Just make fork and distribute updated version. When he is go back from sleep, he can merge your changes and release update.

@SalamatiQus i don't think he'd mind as long as you stress that it is against the author's instructions and that he does not accept any liabilities. @CarlWS if you wish i can give you one i made that is even better (contains some code optimisations and uses suggested changes as well as @SalamatiQus ' code)

@PeterTh The amount and ways of cheating seem to increase at the moment and more and more people could use automatic save game backups. These are also broken in the last release, but fixed on master.
