How do you use oanda_test.py? I tried just running it and it can't import settings or exchange.oanda for some reason. I'm using python 3 so idk if that import method is a python 2 thing or what. I really wish there were docs for this or tutorials or something because it's a really nice program and I really want to use it, but kind of confusing.
