I think testing against Coprocessor 0 such as exception handling, interrupts, reg transferring, TLB, MMU features, etc would be pretty helpful. Thanks!

Absolutely. Even for the RSP hardware tests, I think that having no demonstration of COP0 is a big omission of N64 quirks I remain not completely sure of.
