Video compositing borders are not clear

I used a standard green screen video as a test sample and found that the foreground image in the composite data had a clear halo, resulting in unclear borders in the actual composite video. Is this normal or is there any way to improve this situation?

We can see that the characters in the composite frame have a distinct green edge
