Use tagged releases/images

Hi @PeterDaveHello ,

I just added your app to runtipi which is used by a lot of home lab users. It's perfect but please use tagged images for further updates.

A simple semver version tags for future releases can save us a lot of headache. Having "latest" tag on docker image creates a bit of issue when runtipi appstore is updated as any new update by you under "latest" image tag will be not fetched automatically.
