why do you install obfs4proxy apk -v add tor@edge obfs4proxy@edge curl && \ if it's unreferenced into torrc conf and into docs?

@torms Please feel free to send a pull request to improve the documentation, I preferred not to enable it by default, because not everyone needs it.
