When trying to add a notification, the link doesn't work

With version 1.4.4 The link "Click to create new SlackNotification for this project" doesn't work.

In the console, I get the following message: BS.EditSlackNotificationDialog is undefined; the link has an onClick attached to it.

@thomasd3 Can you please tell me if this behavior is still happening after upgrading to the latest release?
