Fix graphs in WIP/Central Limit Theorem.ipynb

Fix up the graphs in the notebook

  1. Remove all added images
  2. Code the graphs to show what the image was trying to tell (eg, remove poison distribution image and simulate a poison distribution and plot it)
  3. Have all graphs show titles for all the axes and histograms should have edge color for bins
  4. Move the notebook from WIP to notebooks folder
