Adding ideas to ideas.md file

Can you be a little more specific and strict if any, for the field of ideas which can be added? I'm a beginner

Well, this issue is mainly to explore topics in statistics and econometrics and see what things can be explained by the way of Jupyter notebooks. Some examples are already given in the file. Tell more examples would be equivalent to adding those myself.
